Scaled CrossFit Classes

Kettlebell Training Meetups

Casual group training focused on kettlebell work—an ideal tool for building functional strength at any age. Sessions cover swings, cleans, snatches, and loaded carries with plenty of form coaching. No experience needed; we scale every movement for where you're starting from.
