Started with a Simple Question

In 2019, we noticed something. Adults in their 40s and 50s were being left out of functional fitness communities. They'd get injured following standard CrossFit programming, or they'd feel lost among 25-year-olds chasing max lifts. That gap bothered us.

So we didn't build a watered-down version of fitness. We built something different. We scaled movement patterns to protect joints. We added mobility work most programs skip. We adjusted intensity so you're working hard without wrecking yourself. And we focused on movements that actually improve daily life—picking up grandkids, carrying groceries, moving pain-free.

That's what benchdrift.info LLC became. We're not trying to turn you into a competitive athlete (unless you want that). We're focused on building strength that serves you for decades.

Scaled CrossFit Classes

Announcements for beginner-friendly and intermediate sessions. Every movement gets modified for longevity, not just intensity. You're training alongside people your age, with coaches who understand your body.

Functional Movement Workshops

Small-group sessions focused on one movement pattern at a time. Squat mechanics. Deadlift form. Shoulder stability. We break it down, build it back up, and make sure you can apply it immediately.

Kettlebell Meetups

Recurring kettlebell training sessions that don't require a gym. These happen in communities across the US. Kettlebells are brutal and effective—we'll teach you why they work so well for functional strength.
